This NEW fiberglass taillight panel is designed to install directly over your original metal tail panel and give your 65-66 Mustang a custom look with the long-style taillights found on the 1968 CAL Special and 68 Shelby-Tyle Mustangs. Special Note
This panel will overlay directly over your stock Mustang metal taillight panel. The fuel filler hole on your stock metal taillight panel will need to be trimmed to match up perfectly with the fiberglass taillight panel. We recommend using the 71-73 Mustang MACH 1 Fuel Cap or Twist Open Fuel Caps with this panel. You cannot use the Deluxe Pop Open Fuel Caps with these taillight panels.
***PLEASE NOTE: The Taillight lenses, gaskets, and bezels are not included with the fiberglass taillight panel and LED kit. Please see the recommended taillight bezels, gaskets, and lenses below.
