Fits 65 - 70 Mustangs And 67 - 68 Cougars, Boxing Plates Weld Over the existing front Frame

65 -70 Mustang & 67 -68 Cougar Heidts Mustang II Weld In Cross member Kit. This Kit Includes The Boxing Plates For Your Stock Frame Rails. Fully Boxed Crossmember And Upper Hats For shocks and Springs. Made To Specifically Fit Your Classic Mustang Or Cougar front Frame Rails. This cross member is designed to work with a rear sump oil pan and 4.6, 5.0 Modular Motors Only. We recommend only using the rest of the Heidts Mustang II front suspension components with this cross member kit.

***IMPORTANT INSTALL NOTES: Designed to work ONLY with 4.6, 5.0 Modular Motors with a Rear Sump Oil Pan. If you have a 302/351W/351C/390/428 or 460 Big Block Engine, Please see part number: PM-320-E 
 
If you are installing a roots-style or similar Supercharger, you will have to run a scoop or aftermarket hood to clear the top of the engine.
