The original three-section Mustang taillight design is a natural fit for sequential lighting. The DIGI-TAILS LED kit brings that design to life with a sweeping illumination pattern that makes your Mustang stand out on the road and at car shows.

Sequential turn signal mode: When you activate a turn signal, the LEDs illuminate in a fluid, inside-to-outside sweep for a distinctive sequential effect.

Sequential brake mode: When you apply the brakes, the LEDs illuminate from the inside outward, then switch off from the outside inward.

Standard lighting mode: Prefer conventional lighting? Flip the switch on each panel to select standard, non-sequential operation.

With selectable lighting modes, you can personalize the look of your classic Mustang without replacing its original taillight housings and lenses.

Installation & Electrical Requirements

The DIGI-TAILS sequential LED taillight panels are designed as a replacement for the original incandescent bulbs in your 1965–1966 Mustang's existing taillight assemblies. The kit includes wiring, mounting components, and instructions to help guide installation.

For proper operation, ensure that the LED panels have the required constant power supply and a reliable ground connection. Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and test all running lights, brake lights, turn signals, and hazard lights before driving.

Important Electrical Note: If you're installing both DIGI-TAILS LED taillights and LED front turn-signal/parking lights, two electronic LED flashers are required for proper turn-signal and hazard-light operation. Check your existing wiring and flasher setup before installation.
