1965 - 66 Fastback Complete Driver Side Rear Quarter and Door Side Frame Assembly, Weld-Through Primer

This complete side assembly is designed to fit the 65 - 66 Mustang Fastback model and is designed as a complete frame assembly replacement for a damaged or rusted beyond repair original sheet metal. Don't waste more time and effort trying to salvage your original side assembly in your classic Mustang fastback which may have more holes or dents than you care to try and repair or fix. This all-new side assembly is constructed from high-quality automotive grade stamped steel and finished in a weld through primer for durability and ease of welding to existing panels. It is a great alternative to trying to replace sections of the side assembly that may not be available by themselves or that may be in less than desirable condition. This side assembly will help ensure that all the rust is gone and will help with the structural strength of your classic Mustang if major panel rust is an issue on your project Mustang. This assembly is for the DRIVER Side of your Fastback.

Benefits Of All Parts in Weld-Through Primer Paint:

Weld through primer is used to prevent corrosion and rusting of metal joints where two metal pieces are welded together and provide permanent corrosion protection on the inner edges of the welded metal pieces.

-It will reduce weld time when both pieces being welded together are covered in a weld-through primer
-Weld through primer can also reduce splatter when welding
-Helps to provide excellent conduction properties that can help minimize high heat zone problems that can in turn distort panels.
-Lowers resistance at the surface of the weld which can allow for better weld penetration into the new denser steel.
-Helps to lower and prevent a resin buildup between welds which can trap extra moisture in older porous steel that can lead to weld failure at the weld border.
