64 65 66 67 68 New Classic Mustang EFI fuel tanks feature a pre-installed, in-tank 340 Stealth Fuel Pump and complete, in-tank performance baffling. These tanks with in-tank pumps are great for high horsepower application EFI conversions and a late model EFI engine swaps in classic Mustangs and Fords. Special Notes
The 1964-68 Mustang Stealth fuel tanks also features an innovative baffling/tray system to control fuel slosh and keep the 340 Stealth fuel pump submerged ensuring consistent pump performance even at low fuel levels and extreme driving conditions. The tanks include a Ford 73-10 ohm sending unit that comes pre-installed, pre-pump filter sock, internal return line tubing, and three AN ORB ports, one for the feed line, one for the return line, and one for the vent. For extra protection, the tanks are silver powder coated for maximum durability.
Please Note: Stealth Fuel Tanks are not engineered for competition drag racing or road racing applications where extreme acceleration and cornering will occur with fuel levels lower than 1/2 tank. Racing fuel, cells Fuel cell or bladder style road racing tanks with the appropriate baffling and gated collectors are recommended for these types of applications.
