The Interceptor exhausts has a free flowing design that improves the flow of exhaust gases and keeps that muscle car sound. At start-up it sounds deep and opens up at higher RPM's for a louder more aggressive statement. MRT Performance manufactures our Interceptor Axle Back Exhaust from the highest grade 304 Stainless Steel. This premium material is light-weight, supremely durable against rust and corrosion resistant. This drill free exhaust system makes it easy to install as it clamps-on directly in place of the factory axle back. It comes with 4-inch Quad Tips in polished Stainless Steel with Cerakote Black Matte Coating that are pre-welded to the axle back and are included with purchase. Cerakote is a high temperature, durable ceramic coating. Cerakote offers a sinister look for your Mustang that can withstand the rigors of high-performance driving.
