65 - 70 Mustang TCI Rear Torque Arm (3 Link) Kit, WIDE TIRE VERSION, with Sub-Frame Connectors, Center Chassis Brace and Drive Shaft Safety Loop Kit
Introducing A Rear Toque Arm 3 Link Suspension Package with Mini Tub Kit for extra Wide Tires for your 65 66 67 68 69 or 70 Mustang Fastback Or Coupe. This Package allows for large 315 - 335MM Rear Tires. This new Wide Tire Mini Tub kit moves the lower control arms to the inside of the rear frame rail and includes a new straight frame section with wider inner wheel house to give you an extra 2 inches of room per side over the stock inner wheel house and frame rail configuration. The TCI Torque arm kit will do an excellent job of controlling the rear axle housing and keeping it firmly planted to the ground eliminating wheel hop and controlling lateral movement of the axle housing for a huge improvement over the stock rear leaf spring configuration. The rear coil-over and stacked tube coil-over mounting points will allow you to lower the rear end 2 to 3 inches lower than stock. The torque arm does an excellent job of keeping the rear end stable under high horsepower and demanding performance driving conditions. Put some serious control and performance in the back of your classic Mustang with this new performance rear suspension package!
PLEASE NOTE: Axle housing/3rd member and brakes do not come with the suspension kit. We can however, put together a complete rear end and brake package for your needs, please call to inquire.

This suspension package is NOT A bolt in product. Welding of the new rear fram section, inner wheel houses, and upper cross member to inside frame saddles is required. IMPORTANT NOTE: 9 Inch Housing/3rd Member And Rear Brakes Are Not Included and Are Pictured for Display Purposes Only. The axle brackets in this kit are designed to fit a 9" Housing with 3 Inch tubes. Tappered 9 Inch tubes will require additional welding/modification. Complete New-Style Big Ford 9 Inch Housings/Axles/ 3rd Members and Brake Kits Are Available Seperatlely.
Technical Notes
**PLEASE NOTE: Because the rear wheel housings in this kit, are approximately 2 Inches wider than stock, the stock rear interior side panels will need to be trimmed/modified to accommodate the larger inner wheel housings. The rear seat will also need to be removed or narrowed to accommodate the wider rear wheel housings.
